This document is a photo.It show party in 50s because of the clothes they are wearing .It must be evening .The scene take place inside a ball room. It might be in USA because of the colors fourniturs.

In the foregroung Ican see, youngs peaple .Girls are wearing pink, blue, red or black and white evening dress.Boys are wearing black or grey suit.
It looks as if boys and girl are dansing "rock and rool"

In the background, I can see ballons and "kitsch"interior decoration ,It is pink ans green-I can stand it .In the left-hand corner there is bunch and there is a little speaker.Three persons are speaking they can't be want dance

I have the impression that many peaple are keen and energic

Je suis à peu prés à un niveau intermediate donc tu devrais attendre d'autres
propositions que les miennes..

Aux erreurs relevées par jcr33 j'y ajoute:

-It shows a party in the 50s because of the clothes they (who are they? Tu dois preciser le sujet) are wearing .
-It might be in USA because of the furniture's colors.
-In the foreground I can see, youngs people (attention en anglais l'adjectif ne s'accorde jamais avec le nom qu'il qualifie)
-"rock and roll"
-In the background, I can see balloons and "kitsch" interior decoration ,it is pink ans green-I can stand it. (???)
-In the left-hand corner there is a bunch (tu veux dire bench?) and ~~there is~~ a little speaker.
-Three people are speaking they can't be want dance (structure non correcte )

they can't be want dance (je voulais dire) peut etre qu il n ont pas envie de dancer
bunch =bonquet de fleur
I can't stand it = je n aime pas la decoration
