Hello, Good afternoon.
I've just finished a redaction about a description of a city.
Please can you tell me my mistakes.

I live in Carcaixent, which is a city near to Valencia at about 40 minuts by car. It has a population of over 20.000 people. In my opinion, it’s a quiet place t olive, that’s why we can have a reste in.
Carcaixent is “the orange’s cradle” because it seems that the first bitter orange was planted there. What is more, there were a lot of warehouses of oranges and many people worked there. Nowadays you can see some beautiful landscapes with oranges everywhere.
In Carcaixent, the weather is quite nice, winters aren’t usually very cold. However, summers are very hot, so I think the best season is the spring. We have also a good atmosphere there.
At the present time, it isn’t an important city but if you want to see some monuments or museums, you can go to Valencia. It was famous or important, when my mother was a child or maybe before when it was known for its oranges and the “Silk Road”.
What I like about Carcaixent is that’s quiet and normally you don’t have any problema for drive or anything. In my point of view is a quite safe city. Apart that, it’s nearest to the beach or the mountains . I have to say : Carcaixent is the best city where I’ve ever lived

Hello,

I'm far from being fluent in English, but I think these are mistakes :
- "near to Valencia" -> "near Valencia" or "next to Valencia" seem more common, but "near to" is still correct
- "a reste" -> "a rest"
- "any problema for drive" -> "any problem for driving"
- "In my point of view is a quite safe city." -> "In my point of view it is a quite safe city." (you forgot "it")
- "Apart that" -> I think it is "Apart from that"

But I'm absolutely not sure about that, so wait for a better opinion.

it’s a quiet place t olive, that’s why we can have a reste in: it's a quiet place to live, that's why we could rest here.

No it was several months ago, we were supposed to Skype together, but there was Christmas, New Years, my vacation in Cuba and so on.
