help me pour mon exposé d'anglais
Message de nouga posté le 15-11-2007 à 18:20:01 (S | E | F | I)

bein voila
“vers” 1800, the French Jean baptist de Belloy, invents the system of the percolation of coffee and first coffee maker. The coffee maker is composed of two piled containers, separated in the middle by a compartment where they put coffee.
They pour scalding water into the upper party of the coffee maker; coffee brews slowly and passes in the lower container.
In 1825 the coffee maker to pressure appears. Composed of two globes stacked and fixed to a support, it works in pressure of air. The lower party, the bowl, contains water and upper party, tulip, accepts the grind. With the aid of a burner, water heats up and evaporates creating a pressure in the lower globe. Hot water (85 °C) goes up to the upper floor and blends in the grind. At this instant, they stop the source of warmth then, diminishing pressure, brewed water takes down tube by seriousness in the lower container par un calling card a filter.
In 1844, Louis Gabet invents the siphon outrigger. It separates two containers who concealed put “l' un à côté de l’autre” (ceramic for subjects, glassy for coffee); the upper jobs am transferred in a tube of the one towards other one by effect siphon. When water is transferred in the second container, its weight gets heavy and triggers off an outrigger which puts out the burner so automatically at good instant. A similar system is developed by Scottish James Napier, naval engineer and big creator at the same time. It differs from the previous system by the absence of mechanism to put out the flame. It is this system which was used in Great Britain.
The coffee maker is going to stretch in the United States. In 1866, William Edson ameliorates the system by constructing a coffee maker in the single supporter, close to Italian coffee makers. It is composed of an Upper House and a Lower House linked up by a tube. Under the influence of pressure, water goes up through the tube, then coffee brews and, when pressure diminishes, goes back in the bottom. This coffee maker has advantage to be not very costly and without risk.

In 1868, boys Petsch has Stephen child register a brevet on a coffee maker of the same type as Edson with one slight difference, as the upper compartment is on spindle; when water comes back indoors, the compartment topples over because of its asymmetrical form. The flame is put out and water passes in the reservoir of the bottom. When water passed, the reservoir topples over once again and is going to operate a hammer which will hit a bell to signal that coffee is ready.
Then, it there had a succession of coffee makers by trying to ameliorate the system and materials. For instance, in 1895s, they see appearing the first coffee makers to pressure of steam called Italian coffee makers (or mocha). Water is this time brought to the boil (100 °C) and the steam crosses the filter then condenses to let brew coffee and go back down down. The Neapolitan coffee maker has this of individual that they turn it as soon as water attained the required temperature.
Having invented by Italian Caliman in 1933, the coffee maker makes its appearance; in general glassy and there metal, this coffee maker in its centre a plunger with which the end of the bottom is provided this a metal disc to make a hole acting as filter. Having deposited the grind in the bottom of the coffee maker, they pour shaking water and they let rest two minutes, about. By exercising a pressure, the filter sinks up to the bottom, separating the coffee of grounds.
As for the machine in expresso, it finds its origins in XIXth century but was especially ameliorated by Italian Achilles Gaggia in 1948. The machine in expresso uses the principle of percolation under high pressure. Some shaking water crosses fast a fine grind contained in a metallic filter.
However, the classical coffee maker which the most part of people use supplanted all these methods. The first automatic coffee maker with filter Mr. Coffee was introduced in 1972. It combines both aspects of infusion and moulds percolation with a room where water is heated by electrical resistance.

i will be speaking about the coffee maker.
first of all i will talk about the coffee maker's component.
the coffee maker is formed of the water tank, the filter basket holder, the cup carafe and the warming plate.
then i'm going to explain you how they prepared coffee.
first, place the coffee maker on a flat, level surface and plug into a standard AC outlet.
then, Open the hinged lid on the coffee maker’s water tank, and pour the water into the tank. Fill to the desired level and close the hinged lid.
Open the filter basket holder and slip a filter there.
Add the desired amount of ground coffee to the filter.
place the carafe on the warming plate.
Finally, press on the button on.
the machine heat the water in the correct temperature and pulses at through the coffee that rests in the filter to give us a coffee.
to finish, i will be speaking about the proportion (dosage) of coffee.
for the ordinary coffee makers, put nine tablespounful for eight big glass of water.
Otherwise (sinon), for the sophisticated coffee makers (il existe les dosettes).

Cheer up . Courage
