Lot of mistakes ?

If you could say me if there are mistakes in this text ... thank you..
The Court of appeal has upheld the first ruling which alleged that [...] is allowed under the freedom of speech and therefore there was nolle prosequi.
Obviously, this representation doesn’t undermine of the dignity and isn’t a personal attack. Thus, author claim a humorous outlet and, in addition, the judges admit the satire shows the freedom to express those thinks and views.
Besides, owing to the weakness of the democracy, to my mind, the caricature which laughs at somebody is a safeguard against the censorship of the power.
And then, this case reminds society of the democracy makes it a matter of principal to separate the judicial and executive powers.
