This one doesn't look that easy, does it ? !!

1 ) Cauliflower : Oui," mon chou !",better with French béchamelle .
2 ) Whim : what we call "l'élan", not l'élan"!
3 ) Heartless :oh! The beast exists!.
4 ) Venom : either in the tail or in the hooks! "In coda venenum."
5 ) Noodle : sort of French spaghetti!
6 ) Aversion : Pouah ! Berk! Disgusting !..
7 ) Unaccountable : like hieroglyphs until French Champollion
8 ) Teacup: like Harrod's delicate mugs..with handles for right-handed or left-handed people!
9 ) Oblong : more like a coffin!! "the oblong box" by Edgar Allan Poe.
10 ) Parsley : like the decoration planted in the nostrils of a pork's head (imagine on a tray!)!Or almost like Lady Paisley in Oscar Wilde 's " Lord Saville's crime".
