| Thierry | - How about tomorrow evening? | - Pourquoi pas demain soir? |
| Sarah | - I'm afraid I can't tomorrow evening. My grandparents are coming to see me. | - J'ai peur de pas pouvoir demain soir. Mes grands-parents viennent me voir. |
| Thierry | - And Wednesday? | - Et Mercredi? |
| Sarah | - Wednesday's fine. What would you like to do? | - C'est bien, mercredi. Qu'aimerais-tu faire? |
| Thierry | - Let's go to the cinema. |
- Allons au cinéma! On se souvient: LET'S + Base verbale. Autre forme: Go to the cinema! Va au cinéma/Allez au cinéma! |
| Sarah | - The cinema. Great idea! | - Le cinéma. Bonne idée! |
| Thierry | - And after that, we will go to the restaurant. We will eat a big ice-cream and we will then go to the disco. | - Et après cela, nous irons au restaurant. Nous mangerons une grosse glasse et nous irons ensuite en boîte. |
| Sarah | - Wonderful! | - Merveilleux! |
