Hello,
I do enjoy cooking,
I always take 1 or 2 hours to do my shopping and watch department per department to fing new ingredients or new ideas...
My Boyfriend and I usually cook together and it's allow us to talk a lot and spend more time together!!
I especialy like cooking with sweet white wine, it gives a really good taste on food..
You should try!!
Calvinc, if you have a chocolate cake recipe for me, I would be pleased to try it!!

Hello cecile
here my famous chocolate cake
It is an easy and great recipe.
You need :
100 gr black chocolate (70%)
100 gr butter
100 gr flour
200 gr sugar
2 eggs mixed
1 pinch of salt
_ yeast pack
First, break off black chocolate and dissolve it with the butter on double boiler.
Take out from the stove, mix and add in the same time eggs, sugar and flour, salt and yeast.
Put into a cake pan a foil or a greaseproof sheet, and pour on the mix.
Preheat oven thermostat 4 or 180 °C and put it in during 20 min.
The chocolate cake musn't heat too much, it must be richness.

I like cooking but for the children because I work with children and I cook with them! Excuse me for my English but I don't speak this language very well. I learnt it with a teacher but it's very difficult for me. In my house, my family doesn't speak English.

I'm crazy about it. Since I am a young little girl I have cooked with my mum'. I can make chocolate cakes, cookies but I can also cook other things with salt like pizza, "quiche"...

I just joint this interessting and rewarding club. I couldn't let such opportunity to leave my mark. So I thank everybody here for sharing with us this devine art. I'm sure your relatives and friends are very lucky by taking the most of your dishes.
As an Algerian citizen, I have the chance to taste different meals from different origin. Especially mideterranean one.
I've got a little weakness for french local products with red wine. The way it's cooked and all the care taken over preparing all that dishes. It's really a work of art.
As you could notice I'm just a great lover of tasting what other artists create with their good hands.

I started cooking two months ago (I am 62...and French) by using an english book of recipes of Jamie Oliver, which my daughter offered me at Christmas.
Quite unbelievable in my family,but true, at last (for them). Result: 3 delicious meals. Really! Thanks Jamie.

yes i like to cook but i never had the opportunity because i 'm leaving with my mother-in-law and they making one food for everyone in the house . that's why i don't cook at home . but i liked to cook. but sometimes if i need to do something i don't give someone to make it for me but i didn't by myself.

to begin you have to know that kouskous is a tunisian specialty like pizza for the italian.
what are you saying, you have to look for the right information ask to a tunisan people who lives in germania and you will know the hurtful truth.
tunisian kouskous is the best in the world, and i think that you mamma, learnt how to make it from a tunisian woman

Hello ! I just arrived on line and I smelt talks about cakes and others nice things. When I was working in England ( Sheffield & Birmingham) I did enjoy the Crumble and the apple Pie with a lot of cream. Do you have a special recipe ? How do you say "gourmand" ?
