Bonjour a tous.

Je voudrais savoir si j'ai fait beaucoup de fautes et lesquelles (et aussi pourquoi ? svp) Je sais que c'est un peu long mais j'en suis desole. Ceci n'est pas un devoir c'est un entrainement (ba oui je suis pas a l'ecole !!).

The pyramid of population makes it possible to see the number of people which each years ago. Normally with a stable birth rate, the graph should be presented in a pyramidal form, wich gives him its name. The difference between the form considered and the true form allows to study the evolution about the births during the years. One sees for example there are few people there before 1910 but slightly more women. What is normal because the life expectancy is 80 years old but older for the women.

The first cavity that we can observe, note 1, corresponds to the period 1914-1918. That shows a reduction in the number of population since 1914 due to the genocide created by the First World War and has the reduction of the births (because the men left with the combat, the majority died, leaves the women alone and thus no children be born).

The second hollow corresponds to the Second World War of 1939 to 1945. It represents the reduction of population causes by the human losses and the fall of the births as during the period 1914-1918. The document number 3 shows a significant increase in the population corresponding to the period 1945-1975. It is the “Baby-boom”, which will influence the restarting of French economy and a crucial change of the behaviours. The population wants to benefit from the life, and the economic climate is favourable. It is the reason why this period is calling “les trentes glorieuses”. (the 30 glorious ??)

The document number 4 marks an extremity of “les trentes glorieuses”. It is the first oil crisis. The prices increase, it is inflation. The rate of unemployment increase too.
To finish, 1975 to our days, several fluctuations are due of the things like the sexually transmittables diseases. The means of contraception created a fall of the births in the years 1990 (the AIDS appears in particular as clear as the day). On average it should be noted that the regular number of reductions in people can be explained by an important change in the way of living French. There are more and more alone parents and divorces, people do not see in the long run, it do not want more doing a big family. However in 2000 one notices an exception, the number of births increases. The parents want to believe in the new millenium.

The population can be studied thanks to a division in 3 classes of ages. The first include the individuals of less than 20 years, the second those between 20 and 60 years and the last those of more than 60 years. That while including the sex of the individuals. The first class of ages represents roughly a third of the total population with less women (14%) that men (15%). The second represents only more half of the total population with as much men that women (26% for each one). As for the last class of ages it represents less a quarter of the total population and contains more women than men (11% against 8%) what can be explained by a higher life expectancy for the woman than for men.

Je vois là qu'il s'agit de l'interpretation d'une pyramide des âges. Je te propose de petites corrections, vu que ton texte est très bien écrit.

Par cette phrase, je veux dire :

La pyramide des ages permet de voir le nombre de gens en fonction de chaque annee. ou en fonction des annees.

La traduction correcte de la phrase sera :

The age pyramid makes it possible to see the number of people according to each year, or throughout the years.
