Although I'm not overweight,I just want to lose weight.
I don't want to bant,because it dose harm to my health.
Do you have any good method?

Last year I had lost weight successfully,but I've put on weight immediately.Because I banted,just eating little food previously.
I suppose that a bad method!

Try to keep fit by moving 30 minutes intensively in a day. And eat at each lunch time. Don't eat chocolate bars, sweets, soda, but a lot of fruit and vegetables. It's a new way of life. Have a try!

unfortunately,there is no miracle,and all the persons who promise you to lose weight without strain, are impostors, even doctors.
Otherwise, everybody knows the best way to slim.
eat less, and mostly, products from nature (www.nutergia.com)
no sugar, ,sodas,pastry,chocolate,butter, cream, and others sweeties !
vegetables, fruits, from the kitchen garden, if its possible, as much as you want
some exercises, everyday,( jogging is better)
it's easy, apparently,but you must to do it, and there's a rub
trust to yourself, you can to do it !!!!!!!

I have a solution, that I use for years now, not to loose weight, but to prevent from getting some new kilos : NEVER EVER NEVER EVER eat between your 3 important meals : breakfast, lunch and dinner : Nothing except water !!!
make some sport on a regular weekly basis and everything should be OK !!!!

eh!!, you say, : nothing execept water, the wine is good too,
1 glass of good wine at mealtimes provides antioxidants in particular (resveratrol, tannins, etc.)

I think running up and down on (in ? Help Chloë) mountains, like thierry31, is better than drinking wine, even in moderation. Alcohol can fix bad fats.

Thank you for all advice!
I think I should cease eating sock.(I'm crazy about junk food,although I know it does harm to my health.)
To my health,I should form a good habit,and do some exercise.I like sports.It can make me feel relax.
During these days,I lead a normal life and feel better.

it's very hard because we have a lot of tentation but it's possible if you want it ! you may take care of what you eat (natural foods, make self cook, don't eat in the afternoon) and make a little sport. You may begin it like you want and not hard if you don't want to because you can't make it in a long time. good luck !

Mange équilibré, fais du sport ( sans te fatigué trop) , mange à des heures régulières, ne mange pas entre les repas évite le coca et les sodas, le beurre , l'huile et voilà mais je suis pas spécialiste j'ai jamais jamais de régime .

I know many people who have lost weight with "weight watchers" they have a web site where you can find information. It's a very good method, a new way of eating well, of losing weight and then stabilizing your weight. It's very easy! My mother has friends who have lost 10 or 15 kilos and who are very well now. You can also do it just to lose 2 or 5 kilos. It allows you to lose weight without thinking "Oh sh**! I'm on a diet, I can't eat a chocolate pudding..."
