Hello,

Voici un petit texte à traduire

Une nouvelle colocataire

·A propos Karen, qu’est –ce que vous faites dans la vie ?
·Je travaille dans une banque, et vous ?
·Je suis enseignant. Eh bien, si vous décidez de venir habiter ici, vous payez un mois de loyer en avance et vous donnez un mois de préavis si vous voulez partir. Nous avons une seule règle : interdiction de fumer dans les pièces communes. Bien sûr vous pouvez fumer dans votre propre chambre.
·Je ne fume pas, donc ça ne pose pas de problème.
·Pour le ménage nous faisons à tour de rôle, mais on est plutôt souple là-dessus.

Correction ce week end.

-Just a single rule: smoking is prohibited in the common rooms. Of course you may smoke in your own room.
-I'm not a smoker, thus that's not a problem.
-Concerning the housework we alternately keep it, but we are rather flexible on it.

Je vous préviens, je suis très peu ordonnée, donc à vos risques et périls si vous voulez m'avoir en tant que colocataire...ah et je ne sais pas cuisiner, ( ok j'accepte de faire la vaisselle en échange ) je fais un peu le ménage...ah et le plus important, je grince des dents la nuit !

Les bons comptes font de bons amis ; on ne croit plus à la promesse de payer le loyer à Saint " Glin Glin " . Que ce soit clair dès le départ, c’est tout de suite sinon il n'y aura pas de colocation.

Ah ! ça c’est le syndicalisme monté en force. Et puis quoi encore ? C’est toujours comme ça, on commence par réclamer et on finit par manifester. Nous n’avons besoin ni des croissants ni des kleenex. Apprenants et apprentis ! Que nous nous mettions tous à apprendre et en silence.
