Betty est furieuse/Traduction
Message de lucile83 posté le 16-02-2007 à 16:04:03 (S | E | F | I)

Hello,
Betty m'a raconté ses soucis

Correction par mp
See you

Merci

Merci de votre réponse. Cela me semble amusant et enrichissant. J'aurais bien le goût d'y participer. Comment?

Hello lucile83
Last night, Betty spent a few hours on the boat of a friend who was giving a party to celebrate his departure for France. He is leaving Punta Cana for a few weeks, in order to sign an important business contract. Obviously, Betty would have liked to take the opportunity to travel back to Paris but, she noticed her passport had disappeared, so, she couldn't leave the country! Besides, she heard that Bobby was coming for several days (to spend several days). She phoned everywhere, trying to hire a car or a boat, but to no avail. Everything was against her. Stuck in her hotel, she was feeling worried for herself. She knows she will have to face Bobby, which really frightens her, especially as she wonders whether she will be forgiven.
Sounds as if our Betty is really getting worried now!

Hello,

Betty told me her concerns.

Last night, she spent a few hours on a friend's boat who set up a party to celebrate his departure to France. He's leaving Punta Cana for a few weeks in order to sign a significant commercial project. Needless to say Betty would have loved to take advantage of this trip to come back to Paris but she noticed her passport had disappeared. Consequently, she can't leave the country and on top of this, she heard that Bobby was coming over for several days. She called everywhere, tried to rent a car or even a boat but there was nothing to do, everyhing is against her. She's stuck in her hotel moaning about her fate. She does know she'll have to face Bobby which frightens her especially as she's wondering whether or not, she will get him to forgive her.

Thank you.
