Bonjour,

Le corrigé à partir de mardi.

PREPOSITION + GERONDIF

On emploie le gérondif après les prépositions.
He came without telling me.
Il est venu sans me le dire.
I am fond of skiing.
J’aime le ski.
Call me before coming.
Appelle-moi avant de venir.
I am fed up with eating potatoes.
J’en ai assez de manger des pommes de terre.

Exercice
Relier les deux phrases comme dans l’exemple donné.
Ex : He went to school. He didn’t take his umbrella
Ë He went to school without taking his umbrella.

1- My father bought a plane ticket. He didn’t tell my mother.
2- She made a cake. She didn’t put eggs in it.
3- They talked to me. They didn’t look at me.
4- Jane went to school. She didn’t do her homework.
