My mother

Salut, Quelqu'un pourraît-il corriger mes fautes dans le texte suivant. Merci
I looked for a subject for my recording and as it was Mother’s day, I have chosen talking about my mother.
My mother and I get on very well generally. We enjoy doing a lot of things together, for example going to restaurant, doing shopping.
Of course we haven’t the same tastes.
My mother often talks to me about her difficult childhood. She continually says that I’m lucky to have my two parents.
I speak to her of my problems and my wishes. She guides me on the right track.
We keep a personal diary because we haven’t time to speak during the day.
I’m not always kind with my mother. It’s not because I don’t love her but because we don’t agree.
For me, a mother must not only wash my clothes or prepare tasty dishes, she must be strong. I’m relying on her if I need.
In my eyes, my mother has a lot of qualities: she is affectionate understanding and in a good mood.
In a word, she is fantastic.

Good evening.
I was looking for a subject (j'étais en train de chercher un sujet)...
when I realised it was Mother's Day (quand j'ai réalisé que c'était la Fête des Mères):therefore (par conséquent) I chose (prétérit pour continuer avec le temps du récit dans le passé) to talk (de parler) about my mother.
I tell (vocabulaire: raconter) her my problems and my wishes.
As we don't have enough time to talk together during the day (Comme nous n'avons pas assez de temps pour parler pendant la journée), we both (toutes les deux) keep a personal diary.
I personally think (Personnellement je pense) my mother is not only the person who has to (doit) wash my clothes or prepare tasty dishes for me.
A mother has to be (must => devoir/ obligation venant de celui qui parle- have to=> l'obligation vient d'ailleurs) strong. I know I can rely on her if I need to.
...and always in a good mood
joli texte. (Tout ce qui n'a pas été repris est tout à fait bien évidemment
