Yes, it's possible to study in England, but 3 things are required:

- proficiency in English (you'll have to have the IELTS or TOEIC test)
- money (University and accomodation fees are very high)
- proper diploma (diplomas aren't always equivalent)

It also depends on which grade you enter: your application for a Master degree is likely to be refused if you don't have 2 exellent reference letters.
In fact, the easiest and most reliable way is to take part in an exchange program.
You should talk about it with the director of studies of your department at your home Univeristy, or with your teacher, they should be able to provide you with information.

In fact in September I will go to England as a baby sitter for 9 months in a family. And after that, if I am enjoy of this trip, I think I could stay there to study at university to maybe become an interpreter in English ~~speaking~~ .
do the same things are required ?

I guess what you mean by "do the same thing as required?" is "should I (still) do the 3 above-mentionned requirements?", to which I answer: yes, definitely!
It's not because you'll be staying for a couple months in England that the chances to enter a University will be greater.
We understood that you'd like to be an interpreter. It'll help us advise you if you tell us more about what you're doing now and which degrees you got....

I am a sixth former in France
and I will go in England because I don't know what I want to do after hight school. so I go to England because I want my English to be better.
