i thig that there is no secret if you want to speak any language fluentily you have just to practice it, and it is the real problem i am confronted with.
I think there is no secret about speaking any language fluently; you have just to practise, that is my own problem.

i think that if someone wants to learn english he must read books news and discuss with others at english in this way he can have a rich baguage in vocabulaire

You can also read books, or magazines in English or even a newspaper (the international herald tribune is very good and available everywhere
then to learn grammar you can pracise with (méthodes)such as 40 lessons pour parler anglais

In my opinion, learning English or any other language is not so difficult, yet you have to read many books in this language and try to practice, to speak it, and also to listen to native speaker talking that language.
