Hello dears,

Another easy exercice that everyone can do! Let's write together...

1) Imagine you may ask 3 questions to the character of a novel or of a film, what would they be?

2) What memory of you childhood is still making you smile or laugh?

3) Imagine each emotion has a colour. Which one would you picture to represent 'disgust' and why?

Go for it! with THE FORCE.

Hello,
All my best wishes to all of you! 🎉 🎊 🥳 🎉

Answer A: TOPIC3: please, indicate possible mistakes and underline what looks clumsy to you...

Imagine each emotion has a colour, which one would you picture to represent "disgust" and why?

In my opinion, the colour that would seem the most appropriate to represent "disgust" would be brown.
In my eyes, brown is not a pleasant colour: it is the tone you get when you have mixed the colours together and you have done everything wrong." Your painting has become mud colour.
Brown is not luminous, it is sad. Apart from chocolate treats, brown is colour of everything dirty.
Even if you pair brown with pink or yellow, it still look ugly, brown overwhelms all other colours and highlights nothing.
Although in terms of interior apartment decoration, the mix of brown, grey and white has become fashionable, it seems to me that is depressing.

Thanks for your help.

Hello dears!

Answer A: TOPIC3...After Magie's indications and Gerold's,[ a lot to both of you!] here are mine...

Imagine each emotion has a colour, which one would you picture to represent "disgust" and why?

In my opinion, the colour that would seem the most appropriate to represent "disgust" would be brown.
In my eyes, brown is not a pleasant colour: it is the tone you get when you ( mixed (là, je mettrais un present perfect, c'est bien un bilan d'action.)the colours together and you have ( made everything wrong/ you have messed up."B Your painting has become mud colour. I would use simple past: when you mix the colours together (or if you mess up when mixing colours)(I can't see where you've put a simple past...)
Brown is not luminous, it is sad. Apart from chocolate treats, brown is the ( dirty substances colour. the colour of dirty substances (I'm not sure about this compound word)
Even if you pair brown with pink or yellow, it still ( looks ugly, brown overwhelms/ dominates all other colours and highlights nothing.
Although, in terms of interior apartment decoration, the mix of brown, grey and white has become fashionable, it seems to me that XX is depressing.

Très bonnes indications et suggestions.

Hello again!

My mistake, T wanted to write simple present, sorry.

it seems to me that that/this/it is depressing.??

I felt vaguely that something was missing. But usually "that" as a conjunction can be omitted, can't it?

Hello again!

it seems to me that that/this/it is depressing.?? yes! I'd write ...that it's depressing.

I felt vaguely that something was missing. But usually "that" as a conjunction can be omitted, can't it? yes, but here, I feel we're missing something. It's much clearer with the subject...

for your suggestions and questions.

Hello dears,

Here is ANSWER B: Topic 1) Imagine you may ask 3 questions to the character of a novel or of a film, what would they be?

Please, indicate possible mistakes and underline what looks clumsy to you. (You may also 'play the role of the character' and answer one of the questions...)

If I were to meet the main character of a novel, I would ask him a lot of questions and, in particular, the following ones: Did your author ask you for the permission to «use» you? Do you feel he «uses» you well and, more generally, are you fairly treated? Specifically, if you're not satisfied, does he listen to your complaints? If it's not the case, you should seek compensation. Now comes the most important question: Do you think you should be considered as a co-author? As such, you would be entitled to receive a decent part of your author's indecently high earnings. After all, you do most of the job, this guy is nothing without you, he isn't even able to write in correct English, why should he take all your money? Remember: You are NOT your author's slave. But he might be yours, if you are clever enough.

More or less 155 words

Thanks for your work and for your help!
