En prévision de mon écrit d'anglais j'ai préparé un texte; j'aimerais de l'aide pour le corriger si possible.

I am writing to you about your advertisement . As indicated in your advertisement, you are looking for young people for work in your company. I think i can be the right person for this job . Here are my skills , motivation ...
MOTIVATION :
I would like to apply for this job for several reasons . First of all , this job is the opportunity to take part in the company’s projects. I love working in team and see a project grow from the birth of an idea to the creation of a product. Also , I am passionate about technology so it would be a strong motivation to work on the development of a new phone with your company . Secondly , I expect from this job to grow in experience and to become more skilled .
STRENGHT AND WEAKNESSES :
One of my greatest strength is my ability to work well in a team . I am definitely a team player, I have played in several sports team when I was younger which helped me become a great business partner later.
I can contribute to a good atmosphere in the company
- My greatest weakness is my lack of patience. I am always very active and looking for something new to do.
PREVIOUS JOB :
there are few years agoo , I worked as community manager for google.it was a great experience and very well-paid , with the money i have moved out to the country of my dreams and i am more happy than never .
But im not perfect . Last summer , i was in charge of two children for the week . Unfortunately , when i played with one of the children the second children hurt himself , he broke his arm . Finally i was sacked . I confess i had a mistake but i learned from it .
REQUIREMENTS :
For the salary I dont expect a a great salary at the beginning , the most objective is really to become more skilled . A temporary contract will be fine .
I am available for an interview. I look forward to hearing from you soon
