English oral examination!HELP!

Hello,
Je sollicite votre aide car j'ai un oral d'anglais demain après midi dans le cadre du DAEU(diplôme d'accès aux études universitaires)une équivalence du baccalauréat. Voici mon texte, j'ai décidé de présenter mon projet professionnel cependant j'ai beaucoup de difficulté pour traduire quelques expressions :
-"passer un examen" et "obtenir un examen" se dit "to take a exam" and "to pass a exam", non? Dans ce cas quand je dis que je n'ai pas obtenu le bac je peux dire : " i didn't pass it"? Puis je dire également : " i didn't wish take it again"?
-comment dit-on "un défis à relever" "un travail valorisant" " un travail qui m'apporterais..."?
I introduce my self.My first name is _ and my family name is _.I'm 24 years old, i'm single.I stopped my studies at the end of college. J'ai passé the general certificate of education but je ne l'ai pas eu.I didn't wish le repasser again because i had already repeated 2 times and of the time i thought more go out with my friends.So, i started to work.It was approximately 3 years ago.
Now i work like employee in a warehouse of the company _ in _.It's a original and young company.However, i seek a work more interesting with responsabilities.So, i decided de passer the DAEU in same time that my work. This diploma would allow me to make a formation during a one year in an organization of logistics recognized. This formation is called : "responsable logistique en entrepot" and it would give me a level BTS.I have already a good knowledge in logistics and i think that it's a stimulate trade.Indeed there are inceasingly things to make and défis à relever. All the more it's un métier non routiné with little unemployment.
The ideal for me would be to find a travail valorisant with certain autonomy, with a team to be managed who m'apporterais a daily satisfaction, a feeling of real utility.

-->je ne l'ai pas eu= I didn't

quelques petites corrections en plus...
I had already repeated it
-->"et à l'époque je pensais plus à sortir avec mes amis"
= "and at th
-->on dit "I work as an employee" ( like est utilisé pour la comparaison) et devant un nom de métier on met toujours l'article indéfini!
-->It is "an" original (quand le mot commence par une consonne l'article prend un "n" en plus)
--> I seek -- mets plutôt: I am looking for
--> the ideal = en anglais pas de notion abstraite sans nom = the ideal thing for me...
--> for a year et pas during a one year
--> that is a "stimulating job"
--> pas "inceasingly", mais remplace par "always"
--> with "a" certain
