Could you correct, please, this text? Thank you for your help...
Family stories usually show some honourable values, defile memories and enrich our respective life with their lessons giving in metaphor form . The next one happened to my father during his childhood, an event which modified his vision of life forever and ever.
Further to that account from my father, I was moved deeply and I promised him that I will sponge off every single day as a memento of my dead uncle, Yves

Family stories usually show some honourable (this is the British spelling - in the US it is honorable) values, defile (very strong word - means souiller) memories and enrich our respective life (life should be plural to agree with our) with their lessons
Further to that account(this is awkward, and would not be used in English) from my father, I was moved deeply and I promised him that I will (use the conditional tense here) sponge off(sponge off of what?) every single day as a memento (a person cannot be a momento) of my dead uncle, Yves.
Nice work! Writing in a foreign language is alway so difficult.
