In the third world, each year, thousand of children are exploited by unscrupulous employers. Some of them are forced to work under threat of violence. Susan Loader has decided to help a child and his family in Kenya throuh sponsorship.
"Busumabu was five when he was sent to an orphanage after his parents has died. when I first met him, he was underweight. Now he is a heatly child of twelve. He is being looked after by relatives. He goes to school four days a week. He's been given what he most needed: education and a family. I was sent a photo of him last month: he looked cheerful and hopeful."
Other children like Busumabu could be helped through sponsorship. If we all did something, thousands of lives would be saved each year.
