Bonjour,
1. My beginnings in that new world seemed to be uncertain. Hesitating between two programs, I finally opted for the IBO one, wishing to discover every piece of earth that carried our planet, Earth.
2. However, that choice took on a risky character.
3. When we made our entrance in that world, that transition world between two other completely different ones, another page of our life was turned.
4. I learned that life could sometimes be improvised, that we could let go of some of the details, and everything would be right even if
5. I discovered that the world was bigger than what I believed in. I became aware of the cultural distinction.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean. To "believe in" means "croire à". "Believed", in this case, means "understood" or "thought".
6. The next morning, just before the sunrise would shine down on our marvellous world and that life would spring up again in every home, my family and I would make our way towards Prince Edward Island.
7. I came back to my house at the same time as the sun colored the sky red before giving in to bequeath his privileged place to his dear friend, the moon, for the night.
8. A smile decorated my face and my shiny eyes conveyed, in a very no not-so-very subtle way, the happiness I felt in my young heart at that moment.
You can use very obvious, too.
Hope this helps!

hello,
I proposed you right here what i think could sound more English. in fact I made a few change. Please do take notice.
1. From the start, in that new world, i was uncertain about what to do.I was hesitating between two programmes. Wishing to discover every piece of earth that carried out our planet Earth, i finally opted for the IBO one.
2. However, that choice turned out to be a risky point.
3. When we made our entrance in that world (that transition world between two other completely different ones), another page of our life has been turned.
4. I learned that life could be sometimes improvised, that we could let some of the details take their course, and everything would be right even if i discovered that the most beautiful life’s development sprang from that kind of unexpected adventures.
5. I discovered that the world was bigger than I believed. I became then, aware of the cultural distinction.
6. Just before the sunrise would shine down on our marvellous world and that life would spring up again in every home, my family and I, would on the following morning, make our way towards Prince Edward Island.
7. I came back to my house at the same time, as the sun was coloured the sky red before giving in to bequeath its privileged place to its dear friend, the moon, for the night.
I had a happy smile on my face and my shiny eyes conveyed, in a not so very subtle way, the happiness I felt in my young heart at that moment.
Ps: for the sentence number 2 you can put on either turned out to be or turned out a... if you want you can use reached a risky....
Be aware of American English and British one for instance program and programme
color and colour center and centre....
Best Regards and good luck
