Bonjour, Pouvez me dire si ce que j'ai fait est juste :
Enoncé : Turn the two sentences into one using a link word chosen from the following list : although, as soon as, because of, despite, even tough, eventually, provided, so as to, so ... that, thanks to , unless, whereas...
1) You won't get into trouble. You follow the rules.
2) You can go out. Finish your work !
3)He walked. He could have taken the bus.
4)He could not go to sleep. He was too tired.
5)She isn't rich at all. She's managed to have a losely house.
6)Janet sounded very worried. John was optimistic.
Voici ce que j'ai fait :
1) you won't get trouble despite you follow the rules
2)As soon as you finish your work, you can go out.
3)He walked whereas he could have taken the bus.
4)He could not go to sleep provided he was too tired.
5)She isn't rich at all even though she has managed to have a lovely house.
6)Janet sounded very worried although John was optimistic.

Exceptionnellement aujourd'hui, parce que c'est la fête du travail, voici une correction directe.
1) You won't get trouble despite provided you follow the rules. < Relation de condition.
2) You can go out as soon as you finish your work. OK
3) He walked whereas/although he could have taken the bus. OK
4) He could not go to sleep provided because he was too tired. < Relation de cause.
5) She isn't rich at all even though she has managed to have a lovely house. OK
6) Janet sounded very worried although whereas John was optimistic. < Relation d’opposition.
Dans ce type d'exercice, il faut à la fois connaître le sens exact des conjonctions et analyser le type de relation entre les deux membres de phrases.
Bonne continuation et prends un peu de repos ce weekend !
