I think that means you are able to see this man, but you are very annoyed to have to....it's not very kind for him!!
if you can't see him, you have to say
unfortunately,it isn't possible to see you .or
unfortunately, I can't see you.
" " " , I'm not able to see you.....
is it clear enough?
