Bonjour,
serait-il possible que l'on m'indique mes fautes et me les explique si possible s'il vous plait?
Je vous remercie d'avance.
Nobody wants to wet in front of the drought.
Droughts are a normal part of natural climate variations and are merely temporary abnormalities. There is nothing unusual about the occurrence of a drought, which should not be confused with aridity. A drought is also defined by its effect on the intended use of the water. Often, the impacts of a drought are exacerbated because of increasing demands on a limited supply of water. People have always taken water for granted. But where is the water going to come from to supply an ever-increasing world population?
In fact, the surface of the planet is two-thirds water, but ninety seven percent of it is undrinkable seawater and it's undeniably true that the stark truth is that in much of the world there isn't enough water, and where there is, it is being wasted, mismanaged and polluted. It's a well-known fact that the industrialized world is used to using water profligately like in a Las Vegas. Besides the USA are one of drought-stricken countries.
Thus the Upper Colorado River Basin is experiencing a protracted multi-year drought which began in October nineteen ninety nine, that's why, to provide for the water and power needs of the Southwest, Lake Powell functions essentially as a bank account of water that is drawn upon in times of drought. Indeed, the Colorado River system of reservoirs was designed to protect against drought. On the other hand, the Lake Buchanan in Central Texas serves as dozens of cities and hundreds of farmers, as well as for several power plants. With Texas gripped by drought, water levels have fallen sharply. The current drought has heightened the stakes in an already contentious long-term planning battle over water from these lakes, which feed the lower Colorado River. It pits cities which depend on the water for drinking and recreation, against rice farmers near the Gulf, who need vast amounts of water for irrigation.

In fact, the surface of the planet is two-thirds water, but ninety seven percent of it is undrinkable seawater and it's undeniably true that the stark truth is that in much of the world there isn't enough water, and where there is, it is being wasted, mismanaged and polluted. D'accord Merci beaucoup.
Je ne sais plus le sens que j'avais donné à cette première phrase je ne la comprend plus non plus :D
Je voudrais dire "Personne n'ose se mouiller face à la sécheresse"
--> Nobody dares to wet in view of this drought.

Hello
Nobody dares to get wet when they're facing a drought.
Nobody dares to get wet when they're staring a drought in the face.
