Pourriez-vous me signaler les erreurs que j'aurais pu faire dans la rédaction de ce courriel commercial s'il vous plaît ?

Dear all,
Hereby the monthly presentation we attended on the 15th of May with the related action log and extra consumption figures
On the basis of what we discussed we would like to confirm the following points :
1. Lubrication of ‘fruit beer’ bottle – extra consumption
The related extra consumption for this production is around 100 kg.
We would like to remind that fruit juice bottles are filled/packed in Line 2 and pasteurized in Line 1; Due to this fact the capacity of line 2 is 50% less than its normal capacity. Consequently the quantity of Lubricant consumed during the filling of fruit beer is higher respecting to the normal conditions namely when one line is used for one product.
Considering that our company cannot be charged of this extra consumption since this fruit beer production was not mentioned in the technical info we received in 2010.
2. Water saving – disinfection procedure
We took into consideration sterilisation procedure for calculation and then water saving in 293 m3 less than what we calculated before. For the next low season we will implement a dedicated cleaning procedure for sterilization instead of using a complete recipe cleaning.
