Soutenance 4ème année informatique

Bonjour à tous.
Voici mon "souci", je suis en 4ème année d'informatique et je dois valider un partiel de langue anglaise. C'est un oral de 10 minutes ou je doit présenter un projet informatique que l'on réalise en parallèle (matière informatique). C'est un projet de groupe mais lors de cette soutenance d'anglais je suis seul avec le professeur. Je parle pendant 10 minutes puis 10 minutes de question.
Mon anglais me semble assez moyen, voici une esquisse de ce que je compte faire (plan/notes/ce que je compte dire):

Hi everybody, I am xxx and I am here to present you my project. This is how this presentation "se déroulera";
First, I "présenterai" you the project team and the job of each members;
Secondly the goal of our project
And Third, my job in the group.

My project team is composed of four persons.
The team manager is xxx and the three other members are xxx, xxx and myself.

So let me explain the goal of our projet. Today more and more companies change their analogic telephony system to a numeric telephonie system, espicialy using the TCP/IP protocol as known as Internet. This mean the telephonie is integrated with the computers. You can now Dial a person from your Desktop computer. The fact computer and telephony use the same network, new services can be provided.
So it is our project that the technical name is CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), we develop a tool that can permit different thing in interaction
with the computer system.
The first and the more simple fonction is to identify a call to route it to the concerned person.
The second is named "xxx", we have all in our computers an adress book that contain different information like mail and phone. The goal of click to call is when you click with your mouse on an email, automatically your phone dial the phone number of the person.
And third the most important, the interaction with the "Customer Ressource Managment" system as known as CRM. Most of companies has CRM system. Its is a database that contain information about customers. For example the incidence tickets, billing or "factures". When a customer call, the CTI tool identify the call and prompt informations provided by the CRM database. It's a time gain and a personnalisation of the customer "traitement". It is a valuable tool.

Finally CTI is a new tool that the goal is to increase the productivity of companies.
Donc comme vus le voyez je manque cruellement de vocabulaire et de grammaire. Donc si vous pouviez me donnez des conseils ou des formulations plus légères je suis présent =) .
