Hello dear Marit , poor friend in the company of germs and pains ,
Sorry to hear you are in the same state as we have been for two weeks and I hope you will soon get rid of all that is spoiling your days at the moment . Cheer up and keep warm !

1 ) a plot , like the gunpowder plot and Guy Fawkes 's
2 ) to preach and sometimes 'vox clamans in deserto'
3 ) an appointment such as one at the doctor's ; I prefer dates
4 ) to mash ( potatoes) ; what is the meaning of 'MASH' ?
5 ) evergreen, could we have eversunny and wholesome ?
6 ) a falcon , a bit like the name of my street
7 ) a harbour , like dreadful Pearl Harbour
8 ) a knuckle [ 'nkl] how many in our fingers , Marit ?
9 ) the kneecap and sure we have two !
10 ) a gouge [ 'g] from old French ; by the way , I loved Elizabeth Goudge and read 'Green Dolphin Country' several times when I was a teen-ager , did you ?

Well , my dear , Christmas is approaching ...I also wish you a quick recovery and a happy time among people you like . All the best , Marit and thank you ever so much for posting your game despite flu ( vaccine ?) .
--- Merry Christmas to you and all the players !
