I know I can Say I was Eating My Breakfast

BUT

Can I Say I was ate my breakfast????

This Language is Harder than Arabic

Hi,You can't say that it.because in one sentence the verb is only one.In your words the are two verbs both of "was" and"ate".The word of ate is a past tense about the eat.Do you understand?

i don't understand because my teacher in my college who is from Canada said that you can say i was ate.

so, that's why I'm so confuse

I have never heard of 'I was ate' either. Are you sure that was what your teacher actually said? Perhaps you misheard him.
