Hello everyone.

I would like to know if I can use the verb to improve in this sentence.
.....the sport can help us to improve our life in different aspect for instance,our health or if someone excels in some sport, he could have a successful career in this sport.

Hello,

I guess you can use the verb "improve" in this sentence.
to improve = to make better= to increase= to upgrade.

Yes, the verb "improve" can be used in your sentence.

.....the sport (sports -- in general; the sport = a specific sport) can help us to improve our life in different aspects; for instance, our health. Or if someone excels in some (a) sport, he could have a successful career in this sport.
