Hello,

Exercise 98030, sentences 3 and 8- I wrote: doesn´t she?, can´t she? but the answers were in affirmative.
Please I do not understand why.

Hello,

there is a trick: never, rarely, hardly, scarcely are considered as negative !!!

3. She hardly comes here anymore, does she ?
She doesn't come here any more, does she ?
She almost never comes, does she ?
She hardly ever comes any more, does she ?

8. She can scarcely believe it, can she ?
She rarely believes it, does she ?
She never believes it, does she ?

Hello.  

When you use these phrases, you are asking if something is true or not.
"She's married, isn't she?"
The first phrase is positive, the second is negative, and you are not sure which is right. That's why you are asking a question.
So the answer can be positive or negative.
"Yes, she's married."
"No, she isn't."

I am afraid you are mixing question tags and short answers, which is not quite the same thing.
The test is about question tags.
