Message from talkative posted on 10-05-2013 at 16:44:19 (D | E | F)
Hello everyone,

could anyone correct my sentence below please?
I don't go to the class as until as he is in the class?
Thank you for your answers.

Hello,
I think " as until as" is not right..

Hello

Perhaps you mean:
I won't go to class until he is in class.

Hello,

I don't go to the class as until as he is in the class !

Do you mean that you refuse to go into the classroom if the person you don't like is still there ?

In that case, you should use a future tense with will/won't to show your will, your refusal.

class or classroom ? a class is a group of people, a classrom is a room.

We can't give you all the answers right away but we will try to help you as long as you haven't found the right answer.

Since you have used until, some members think that you mean:
I don't go into the classroom until he is there, meaning, I only go into the classroom after him, after he has arrived.

What did you mean ?

Hello,

A few options:
I will not go to this class until he is there.
I will not go to that class until that person is still there.
I won't go to that class until he leaves it.

- I hope that is what you meant in that sentence.

Dear talkative,
in this case you must use future structure and because you refuse to go to class it must be negative future.
I will not go to that class until he is in that class.

I think that you might be better to say it like this..
I won`t go to class until he`s there
or
I will not go to class until he is there.
I hope that this helps !

Well .. It's better to say: " I won't go to the class as long as he is in the class. "
Whatever you mean by the word " class " Either the class as a classroom or the class as a lecture; it won't make any difference really.
Good luck ...!
