I am new here.Excuse me for the mistakes.
As i see it,things happen without a message beforehand,as a result of which, stress can never be avoided. It can be reduced,or relieved. So how to?
to relieve pressure, sports, music, walking out, sometimes drinking may all be effective.A thorough way to reduce stress may be a better self-cultivation:to improve the spirit status.

Say to yourself that in the life there are many many things important and interesting, so even if you fail one thing, it's not the end of the world. We can try our best, but we can't guarantee the result.

hi chrislondon,

I am just very curious, you said you do Taichi when you want to avoid stress, who teach you to learn Taichi? In my opinion, Taichi comes from the east of the world. so, your Taichi coach is Chinese or Japanese?

As a matter of fact, Taichi is a popular sport in China, and most of people learn it in the park on every early-morning.

I hope I can discuss the Taichi with everyone.
